At Vera Chan we understand that sometimes it is difficult to know if you have chosen the right item without seeing it first. So we will happily exchange or refund anything within 14 days of purchase minus the postage charge on all items.

Refund:

If you are in any ways unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund, please Contact us within 10 working days with your name and contact and we will issue a full refund minus any postage paid.  Simply post back the item you have bought in its original condition to our shop address at 129 King street, Melbourne. VIC 3000. No questions asked and easy as pie

Damaged products:

All our products are quality inspected and packed carefully so damages are rare. However occasionally damages occur during transit that are beyond our control. If your goods arrived damaged please post back your damaged item and we will send you a replacement. If we do not have an exact replacement in stock you will be able to choose between a full refund or another item we have available. We will also be able to credit any postage cost of damaged products provided you can post us your proof of payment along with your bank details for the credit refund.
