Q: What are your opening hours?

A: Monday to Thursday 10am till 6pm, Fridays 10am till 7pm, Weekends by appointment only

Q: Can I return or exchange things I have bought online in the shop?

A: Yes, you can return or exchange anything to anywhere! As long as it is within the stated refund policy (See: Refund policy)

Q: Do you ship internationally? If so, how much?

A: Yes we do. The international shipping rate is a flat rate of $25.00 for all purchase, but if the item does not cost $25.00 to post, then you will be refunded any extra postage paid.

Q: What kind of payments are accepted?

A: From the online shop you can pay with PAYPAL, MASTERCARD, or VISA. However if you would like to pay via AMEX you can call the shop on 03 96201551 to process your card over the phone.

Q: Is it safe to enter my card details online?

A: It is safe. As we (from this end) do not at any stage have access to your card details. It is all handled through PAYPAL who will deal with the transaction from start to finish.
